Director
The Carbininium founder, with an extensive background in bespoke boatbuilding, and engineering, Ben is passionate about well designed and executed products.
Ben is the inventor of two patented marine products.
Lisa Patterson
A graduate Product Designer, Lisa divides her time between project management and CAD design for custom projects and new Carbinium products.
Lisa keeps the team organised, and is the vital go-between clients and production.
Roger Waghorn
Maker - Joiner - Boatbuilder
With a background in joinery and boatbuilding, Roger has an excellent eye for detail. He is also great with a camera and is responsible for many of the images on this website.
Roger takes the lead on the skilled hand fitting for all our projects.
Harrison Byford
CNC Engineering Apprentice
Harrison joined the team in 2021 and has now finished the second year of a four year apprenticeship.
He has made fantastic progress and is our go to person for CNC turning and now programs his own turning work. He also operates our milling centres for 3, 4 and 5 axis milling in all sort of materials.
We are delighted to support apprenticeship schemes and Harrison is an asset to our business.
Tilly the Office Dog
Heading up the meet and greet team, Tilly is always delighted to meet both clients and suppliers. She is a working cocker spaniel, and a busy dog who fits right in to the Carbinium Team
